He is considered as one of the first ever Italian chefs who landed specifically in Singapore. His first ever career in Singapore was when he became head chef at Al Forno which is also a famous Italian restaurant in Singapore before. La Braceria earned their popularity because mainly of the Italian food and cuisine they serve to their patrons and customers. The cuisines at La Braceria are considered the most rustic and sumptuous in Singapore’s recent history. As a matter of fact, the restaurant imports some of their ingredients, fresh vegetables to be specific. These fresh vegetables are artichoke, red chicory and red tomatoes. These fresh vegetables from Italy can be gratinated, steamed or grilled to your specification.

Another unique thing about La Braceria Italian restaurant in Singapore is that they serve some off menu cuisine like porchetta.  Porchetta is the Italian version of roasted pork. But be advised that if you want to have this porchetta, you need to advance order it so it will be ready once you will enter La Braceria Italian restaurant. There are a lot of Italian cuisines available in the restaurant. One of which is their sublime Carpaccio of cod fish crowned with capers in lemon-jus- laced olive oil. Another stand out meal is savory homemade ravioli stuffea with ricotta, mascarpone cheese and porcini mushrooms and last but not the least mascarpone cheesecake.

Even the location of La Braceria is quite unique. It is located behind the row of shop house restaurants at Greenwood Avenue, and the restaurant is along adjoining Greendale Avenue. Take note that the restaurant is hidden well. So please keep your eyes open until you see a veterinary clinic and right next to it is the restaurant. La Braceria keeps on providing their customers nothing but quality service for everyone’s satisfaction. In addition to porchetta, burrata is also best served in La Braceria. Burrata is served with Pulgia imported parcels and creamy burrata along with savory silvers of Parma ham.
